One of the brothers suspected of carrying out the terrorist attack on the Boston Marathon faced deportation in 2009 after being convicted of a domestic violence charge but was allowed to stay, according to a government watchdog.
“Tamerlan Tsarnaev, the 26-year-old killed in a wild shootout with police, was a legal U.S. resident who never the less could have been removed from the country after a 2009 domestic violence conviction,” Judicial Watch reports based on an unnamed source.
Rubio's spokesperson has stated that no one should use the Boston bombings as a political weapon against immigration reform.
Orthodoxy SUCKS.
"Rightful liberty is unobstructed action according to our will within limits drawn around us by the equal rights of others. I do not add 'within the limits of the law' because law is often but the tyrant's will, and always so when it violates the rights of the individual." Thomas Jefferson

Somebody needs to. Americans are dying because we have idiots in Congress.
Screw Rubio. Start deportations immediately and close the friggin borders, then we'll discuss 'reforms'.
America's hope is not the donkey or the elephant, but the Lamb.

Rubio is full of **it. The only word the failure knows is amnesty, how did these people get in this country, how many million more are training to do the same thing. These two messed up a couple more months and they could have gotten more cousins in to help build nombs.
I am not a republican I am a conservative, and supporter of the rule of law. And refuse to support any of Roves dopes.

What a resume enhancer for the entire immigration authorities of the US.
Now is the time to hold them accountable. Muslims are trouble, and we shouldn't be letting any of them in. The ones already here should be watched more carefully.
Quote: Cedric wrote in post #10Do you think this is what was in Rubio's heart all along, or has he fallen under someone's spell (Schumer is a suspect)?
A bright guy like Rubio with so much charisma .............I BLAME the Republican leadership !!
THEY should have never given Rubio the lead on immigration (just because he is Hispanic) to save themselves and to put a "pretty face" on their position.
The whole immigration reform is a NO WIN proposition and THEY should have saved Rubio for bigger things in the future !!
Instead, the leadership is throwing him to the wolves !!
