I see him more as the 'bend over' President, bending over to bow and scrape to every tin pot dictator, Muslim hotshot, or anyone with a title [unless they're British] . I guess growing up in Indonesia deprived him of a chance to study American philosophy 101: "Never apologize. It's a sign of weakness" [J. Wayne, L.J. Gibbs] .
