If the Republicans were ever so reckless as to ram through an Obamacare defunding bill, it'd take, oh, about 45 minutes for the DOJ to walk across the street to Federal Court and have it declared a bill of attainder and get a permanent injunction imposed, thus, nullifying the defunding bill.

Was busy today, but you have made another dumb comment. You do not pass bills to defund, you just reduce the funding amount to zero. If congress passes a funding bill and the item is not funded the doj would have no standing in court todo anything. Standing, standing, the doj has no standing for said court case. Maybe if you knew what a bill attainder was it would help.
