This isn't Benghazi - this is that very strange case of Seals (and others) aboard the Chinook that went down in 2011.
ZitatPHILADELPHIA -
The father of a Navy SEAL from Philadelphia discusses why he's suing the president of the United States.
Mayfair native Michael Strange was one of 38 people killed when a Navy Chinook helicopter was shot down in Afghanistan in August 2011.
Michael's father and some other families have filed a lawsuit against President Barack Obama and Vice President Joe Biden.
Strange says they made his son, a SEAL Team Six Special Forces serviceman, a target.
"How'd they know 10 days after killing bin Laden that it was SEAL Team Six? It was our government. Our government did that, put a tag on my son's back. They marked him," Strange said. "My son never had a chance to get married. So, I want some answers."
Strange says his main goal is to convince Congress to launch an investigation.
