U.S. officials say they have identified five men they believe might be behind the attack on the diplomatic mission in Benghazi, Libya, last year. The officials say they have enough evidence to justify seizing them by military force as suspected terrorists — but not enough proof to try them in a U.S. civilian court as the Obama administration prefers.

that might just be bullcrap if they know what is rumored to be very bad info. tried in civilian court? not likely. the only way obama would want them is dead.
rumor has it that hillary sold al-qada the missiles used to assault the compound and that Stevens was in Benghazi trying to buy them back.
Half of America has bowed to Baal. Political expediency now drives all the libs decision making, NOT the moral appropriateness or even the legality of their actions.

I heard a different rumor. I heard that the Obama administration wanted the terrorists to kidnap Chris Stevens so that they could do a trade. Stevens for the Blind Sheik.
