arrogant and a BIG EGO you say? sounds like a career bureaucrat, a lifelong civil service employee to me. They get ensconced in the ways of government thinking. I'll say it again, this is the fruition of what a lifelong partisan bureaucrat looks like "when challenged by the enemy". This woman is ANGRY for being called into account.

How often do we hear someone who is safely ensconced within the government bureaucracy explaining that Washington does not work the way the rest of the nation does? We're asked to be patient with the process.

All the while they are not using the same definitions of words. "Right" and "wrong" fall by the wayside in their logic.
