Who in elected office is not going to reauthorize it after 3 years of people joining it? Also, why wouldn't the feds keep funding it 100%? They don't give a shit now about spending, what is going to change in 3 years? Oh yeah. The GOPe will have a 30% chance of winning the WH with their favored candidate, the RINO Gov from NJ, who is so in love with Zerocare because of all the dollars it brings into NJ that he intentionally did not join in the states lawsuits of the bill.
