With the Obama Administration drowning in numerous debilitating scandals – Speaker John Boehner is determined to change the subject and ram through an immigration plan by August.

You just can’t make this stuff up.
FOX News Latino reported:

House Speaker John Boehner is aiming to have various chamber committees finish work on immigration legislation by the Fourth of July, and would like a House vote by August, reported Politico.com.

The speaker wants to see movement on either several small immigration bills or a more comprehensive one before the Senate votes on its measure, Politico reported. Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, a Nevada Democrat, scheduled a cloture vote on the immigration bill for Tuesday.

The Senate is expected to vote on the full bill, called the Border Security, Economic Opportunity and Immigration Modernization Act, by July 4.

A bipartisan group in the House has been working on a bill, but has encountered stumbling blocks on achieving a consensus on parts of the measure, leading one of its members –Rep. Raul Labrador, a Republican from Idaho– to drop out. Labrador said he left the so-called “Group of Eight” over the issue of access to health care programs for undocumented immigrants who pursue a legal status under a reformed system.

As Rep. Louie Gohmert said, “I cannot imagine a more incompetent step right now than for Republicans to focus on immigration.”

Why do we need to vote or 'ram through' an immigration plan?

We already have an immigration plan -- its called laws -- you simply enforce the laws we already have.

The only reason for an 'immigration plan' is a sleight of hand whereby the laws continue to be ignored for reasons of vote pandering.

Let's call a spade a spade and quit dodging the real issue here.

Move On? and when they pass it and they will pass it because the rino's want it and the dems want it and obama wants it so when the gasoline in thrown on--we then move on to real issues this is a real issue that should have been stopped a long time ago but the no harm in voting bunch will say wth when it passes

If it does not pass then I will be wrong and will admit it--but I see it passing in one form or another and they will say they have struck a balance--blah blah blah but they want it so it's coming

yep sure will when you admit that the gun control issue is not dead they will attach another name to it at a later date it is not dead because they lose one vote and they wash their hands of the idea
