Assembly Republican Leader Jon Bramnick will introduce legislation on Thursday upgrading the penalties for invading a residence when a person is at home from a third degree to second degree offense. Bramnick�s legislation is in response to the recent break-in, robbery and vicious assault in a Millburn residence last Friday.

Bramnick�s �Home Invasion Law� will stipulate that entering a home with the intent to burglarize and place the resident in fear is a second degree crime, which calls for a 5-to-10 year prison term, a fine of up to $150,000 and the offender would have to serve at least 85 percent of that sentence. Persons guilty under the new Home Invasion Law will not be eligible for early release.

Real men don't beat up women,period. Unless of course it is a strange woman who attacks him in the spirit of whymen aggression thinking the man won't fight back. I once had a lesbian I worked with threaten to bring her girlfriend to work to meet me out in the parking lot to "kick your ass". I told her "Fine. I'm up for that. Just tell me when and where. You can even tell your girlfriend I will let her make the first punch and will stand still for it. You also need to tell her that I will take her freaking head off immediately after that,and she may never be the same again,though. I've hit 200+ lb men and brought both their feet up off the floor,and I DO believe in sexual equality when it comes to throwing punches."

And I make no apologies for this. Not then,not now,and not ever. If you want to get treated like a woman,act like a woman. If you act like a man,I will treat you like a man. I just don't make any promises about you enjoying the experience,though.

Having said that,here is a large man beating on a shapely normal-sized woman,and after a dozen punches that weren't even blocked,she's still up on her feet and trying to run away from him. Homie is in a HEAP of trouble if he ever attacks a man because he punches like a baby.

Kinda reminds me of the big black guy in NY or NJ that was caught on video tape trying to mug some Jewish women in her 80's that needed a walker. Hell,he even sucker punched her the first time,and she still came close to beating his ass using one hand while holding on to the walker. IIRC,homie didn't even get the purse. The funniest part is when she was interviewed on the local news after the attack was made public she even said that "If I had still been in my 70's when I didn't need the walker I would have beaten his ass!" I'm thinking THAT particular "gangsta" had a hard time holding his pose in public and in the prison yard after that video went viral.

In fairness, I don't think that was SP's point. He could have phrased it better, but he wasn't saying that it would have been good if he knocked her out.

It was basically a ham-handed way of saying the guy isn't a real man.
