Bill and Hillary Clinton are angry with efforts by mayoral hopeful Anthony Weiner and his campaign to compare his Internet sexcapades — and his wife Huma Abedin’s incredible forgiveness — to the Clintons’ notorious White House saga, The Post has learned.

“The Clintons are upset with the comparisons that the Weiners seem to be encouraging — that Huma is ‘standing by her man’ the way Hillary did with Bill, which is not what she in fact did,’’ said a top state Democrat.

Weiner and his campaign aides have explicitly referred to the Clintons as they privately seek to convince skeptical Democrats that voters can back Weiner despite his online sexual antics — just as they supported then-President Bill Clinton in the face of repeated allegations of marital betrayals.

“The Clintons are pissed off that Weiner’s campaign is saying that Huma is just like Hillary,’’ said the source. “How dare they compare Huma with Hillary? Hillary was the first lady. Hillary was a senator. She was secretary of state.”

"The people" LIKED Clinton. He showed a likeable personality..friendly, sympathetic, charisma. Whether it was phony or not..people liked him. People STILL like him.

This guy is a weasel looking, bad tempered creep. He doesnt have what Clinton does.

Once the chit hit the fan..it seemed that Clinton stopped (even tho some tabloids insisted he didnt).

As far as the women...both stuck around/are sticking around for reasons other than love and keeping the family together. This is more common than people think.

As far as what these 2 men did..Clintons was probably worse..since his was REAL...the weenie's was fantasy..lalaland..but he might as well have gone real..since the public views it the same.....and.....he never stopped. Everyone knows he only came forward because this chick was about to blow the whistle on him.

What gets me is these are smart men. Dont they think about when their little game stops? These women have blackmail material..and most will use it. Most are bitter and if they have nothing to lose themselves..they are only too willing to screw you over...since thats what they see as being done to them.

Clintons crap is in the past. You only see it come up, occasionally..as a joke. I dont blame them for not wanting to be compared to these two.

These are my opinions and not so much based on politics as based on people in general. Pete, you say the little people are no longer useful, etc. My thoughts are, these people were friends. Why drag your friends past into your mistakes? Make it, or break it, on your own. And dont delude yourself into thinking you are in the same category (people liking you) as Clinton.

I believe he was a young kid when he started. Apparently, he got things done for them. Although, I am in NY and this guy has always been in the news..I never payed much attention to him. I couldnt stand the sight of him, to be honest..lol When his sexting story hit the news, I was shocked....because, I couldnt believe an actual woman would be interested in him. I found it laughable. But, ya know..you have these women who are turned on by power..and he was a politician..so I guess he would be able to find "some" woman, interested in him.

Another thing that gets me is..this guy could have "carried on" anonymously. His jollies would have been the same, if he never revealed who Carlos Danger, actually was. He could have even sent his smut photos..shot from the neck down. In Clinton's "crimes" he had to show himself, unless he wanted to go around with a bag on his head...but for weenie's crimes...nobody ever had to know his real name and who he was, he could have even used these sites that change your ip....nobody ever had to find this out......and thats how stupid he really was/is.

I predict he is too damned stupid to not run...so be prepared to keep hearing about this..and I wouldnt be surprised if more stuff surfaced. One has to wonder if he didnt indeed take this "live" with someone. He admits to online, he admits to phone...live comes next. I cant believe he stopped at phone sex.

Well...because he has to feed it..he is down from the #2 spot, to the #4 spot..with many telling him to drop out. He actually got a little testy today in front of the camera..saying he doesnt care what anyone thinks..he isnt dropping out..let the voters decide. Oh and the Gov and the Nazi wont comment on him..lol Man..everyone is putting distance between him and themselves. I just hope the city people dont vote for him. I really dont want to look at his face for an extended period of time.

On a side note..since this was about the Clintons, too...tonight on the news, they mentioned Hillary had a private meeting with obozo today, for lunch. They wondered if they discussed her running in 2016..and they mentioned they didnt know what obozo would say..because Joe Bite-Me is thinking of running. Well yayy for that...go Joe go (I think we might get an instant win if Bite-Me runs).

Thats been the problem all along. We dont seem to have anyone. But ya know..anybody..from any party would be better than this African idiot. We dont even know who this guy is, where he was born, how he got his SS#, etc. We know nothing about him..and when someone does find something, they gloss over it. Like that phony birth certificate..2 of them, actually. They arent even smart enough to make a decent phony copy. What we DO know is, he seems to hate this country. As far as I know..ALL other presidents were American and loved the country.
