Rand Paul Schools John Kerry on Whether The President Has The Constitutional Authority To Go To War Without Approval of Congress (Video)
Paul and Kerry clash at this senate hearing today on Capitol Hill. Rand Paul questions John Kerry, who served in Vietnam, about whether or not the administration will abide by the vote of congress should the vote go down to defeat. There are some reports out there that the administration will still launch a strike on Syria even if they lose the vote in congress.
Rand Paul asks if this vote is binding-
"If you do not say explicitly that we will abide by this vote, you’re making a joke of us. You’re making us into theater. We’d play constitutional theater for the president. If this is real, you will abide by the verdict of Congress"
Notice the facial expressions of Secretary Kerry while he's being grilled. He clearly does not like Rand Paul.
Let's all remember kids that the scorn and arrogance that Lurch showed towards Paul asking serious questions on this matter is the same attitude that 70% of the DC GOP'ers have towards the base i.e.; us.
General Dempsey refuses to save Kerry's ass when he asks for his assistance. Brilliant!
"Rightful liberty is unobstructed action according to our will within limits drawn around us by the equal rights of others. I do not add 'within the limits of the law' because law is often but the tyrant's will, and always so when it violates the rights of the individual." Thomas Jefferson
"If people can’t trust not only the executive branch but also don’t trust Congress, and don’t trust federal judges, to make sure that we’re abiding by the Constitution with due process and rule of law, then we’re going to have some problems here." - Barack Obama, June 7, 2013
The last man nearly ruined this place he didn't know what to do with it. If you think this country's bad off now, just wait 'til [Zero's] through with it. ~Rufus T. Firefly, paraphrased from the blockbuster 1933 hit "Duck Soup"

You're not the base.
In fact, you're not even in the GOP any longer.
We neither need nor want you.
You have a mouse in your pocket?
You speak neither for me or the rest of the party. And if you are arrogant enough to think so, maybe you should look around for anyone here that supports your view.

Go *bleep* yourself you little creep. You think I should be gone? Tell Justme to tell me to shove off and I am out of here. We will see how well the place survives with your low posting, drone ass keeping things moving here.
You are the singular the reason we lost two solid posters here. Why not make it a hat trick.
