No, because Boehner wouldn't allow it to come to a vote.
He did not at that time, but we know two things thus far. First, the GOP was about to recess for the summer where the town halls would have been brutal if that vote was taken. Secondly, as we are heading to this end of the world shut down, Cantor is holding backroom meetings about amnesty and Paul Ryan is holding backroom meetings about amnesty.
