A Maryland woman was shocked after she received a traffic ticket on Interstate 95 -- because it wasn't for speeding.
In fact, she was driving two mph under the speed limit.
The driver, who didn't want her name used, told News4 she was driving in the left lane of I-95 on Laurel last Friday when she was pulled over and cited for failing to move right.
According to the citation, she had been driving 63 mph in a 65 mph zone.
"Rightful liberty is unobstructed action according to our will within limits drawn around us by the equal rights of others. I do not add 'within the limits of the law' because law is often but the tyrant's will, and always so when it violates the rights of the individual." Thomas Jefferson
While I'm not sure I want a "law" and tickets issued - I will say nothing makes me madder than someone driving down the fast lane when the left lane is entirely clear and a driver refuses or is too ignorant to pull over to the left lane.
63 in a 65 zone is a bit extreme in my opinion. If I was driving down the road and a police car pulled up behind me I would check my speed and try to maintain it a few miles under the speed limit so that I wouldn't get a ticket for speeding.
Orthodoxy SUCKS.

Good grief, change left to right. I mean I hate when they're driving in the left lane when the right lane is entirely clear and they won't pull over to the right lane.

Yeah, that's extreme. But they should have also pulled over to the right lane. I don't know why people drive in the left when there is no one in the right lane. Some people seem to not understand the concept.
I tend to go slower too when a cop is following me.

Duh in the good old USA, the left lane is the fast lane. Actually they can give you a reckless driving for failure to yield and obay traffic signs. If it is bad weather move right and then slow down.
