Ced with all due respect why celebrate the fact that it is left up to a group of 100 men and women to determine whether or not that I have a right to protect myself and my family and my country in whatever means I see fit unmolesed by the government this should not have even been brought to the floor this to me is very troublesome.
Sorry I don't celebrate that kind of governing
If I want 1 round in my gun or 100 that is my choice the government does not get to take inventory of what property I own--so ced I will not celebrate tyranny whatever party it is

Wow, **crickets** this is really strange **crickets** the RR brethren (and sistren) I've grown to love, admire and respect would never betray their high-class demeanors by
refusing to come on this thread and pour out their gratitude to the GOP in equal measure to the bile they spilled in attacking Republicans when they so foolishly doubted their
resolve in the fight to defeat Manchin-Toomey, **crickets** nah **crickets** they'd never **crickets** do that **crickets** would they? **crickets**

EG is right. Lose focus lose the game. The backrooms are already churning out the next antigun bill.
Don't trust any of them to do the right thing.
In the outback you don't lay down next to a rattlesnake and turn your back on it. I do not stop watching politicians for the same reason.
Yup . . . this is just one battle in a long war against the statists.
Um......how many times are ya gonna respond to the same comment?
{Which is not to say you aren't a clever little rascal, as I don't think anyone can figure out what you're doin', except, of course, for Cedric The Omnicient One.}
Quote: Cedric wrote in post #4I know this thread will soon be inundated with my fellow RR members expressing heart felt appreciation to Republican Senators for standing-up on behalf of our sacred 2nd amendment rights!
And, I know I won't be the first but, nonetheless, let me hasten to say HOORAY FOR THE GOP!
Does that include "Conservative" Senator Toomey whose name was on this unconstitutional garbage?
The legislative victory as you claim should not even have been on the floor for a vote ced as I have said my rights are not up for a vote read my post at the top of page 3

C'mon, Eg, get your feet on planet earth and get your head in the game!
This "never should even been" baloney is the stuff defeat is made of.
The fact is we are in a pitched battle against commited Leftists and abandoning the battlefield, cedes the victory to them.
And the battlefield we're fighting on now is a political one.
If we win here we won't have to the fight on a different battlefield.........with live ammo!

Such concepts as the preeminence of natural rights and the constitution are beyond the ken of the poster who refers to themself in the third person.
To paraphrase, if it looks like a troll, walks like a troll, and posts like a troll, the odds are excellent it's a troll.
Don't feedthetroll.
It thrives on being a disruptive, chaos creating, attention hog.
