Dwight Eisenhower wrote a message, to be released if needed, where he assumed blame for the failure of the D-Day landing. Even NBA athletes, interviewed after a loss, will analyze where and how they failed and vowed to learn from their experience. Individuals such as that know what accountability is and act accordingly.
Not Obama.
Prior to being elected President, Obama never had a job with any real consequences. Even after being elected President, a fawning news media protected him. The bottom line is that Barack Obama has never had to deal with accountability. Thus, on the rare occasions that the press tries to hold him accountable for any failure, Obama responds by either trying to blame somebody else or making comments that are more appropriate for a spoiled 11 year old brat.
