If they do not know the law while conducting a hearing then they should not even attempt to use their subpoena power. These are the legislators that craft the laws for the nation. They do not invoke confidence when they act this way.

Great Hearing ....lots of information, thanks to the coordinated effort from the Republicans under Issa's leadership.

All the Democrats did was suck wind with "primary" vs "absolute" purpose of a 501(c)(4) being social welfare ....and what IRS can do to "improve" the system.

Resolution to this IRS scandal ..........IMPEACH OBAMA !!
