"The risk of that is so much less than the risk to our country, if we implement Obamacare," Heritage Foundation President Jim DeMint said Monday in Fayetteville, Ark. "And so, I'm not as interested in the political futures of folks who think they might lose a showdown with the president."
"I think [President Obama] knows that Republicans are afraid," DeMint told NPR in an interview. "And if they are, they need to be replaced." VIDEO AT LINK
Yes, some Republicans should be replaced with more conservative Republicans.
But picking a fight with Obama, a fight the GOP cannot win, between now and the '14 elections would be political masochism and actually damage DeMint's stated goal.....ridding this country of Obamacare.

Spoken like a true French Republican what is the excuse the next time '16 elections or the threat of bad press or the timing not right

If the GOP isn't willing to fight on Zerocare, they are worthless. They serve no purpose other than manage the decline of the country. An endeavor I refuse to participate in.
BTW, the GOP and congress in general is at an all time low approval wise. GOP incumbents are polling south of 50% all over the place. Just what in the hell do you Vichy Republicans think is going to be lost in this fight? The GOP's good reputation on honesty and principles?
"French Republicans", "Vichy Republicans": Round two of the debate and you guys become intellectually exhausted and, hence, resort to sophomoric name calling.

Typical.
You Progressives threw down the gauntlet when you stripped Tea Party members in the House of chairmanships and then had Karl Rove set up a PAC that's only purpose is to knock Conservatives and Tea Party candidates and incumbents out of office. Now you are whining like little girls when you are called out for what you are.
We destroyed the Rockefeller wing of the party once before. We are going to do it again.
