I agree nerd but the sticky part is the definition of mentally sick. And who determines this--will an industry of medical professionals start issuing guidelines from government and there guidelines are used because they get gov money.

What if crazy is diagnosing crazy. There are a lot of people in gov I thing are totally crazy and they will write the rules.

never mind that this whole fiasco about gun control is the result of the misconduct of perhaps five Americans. Deranged individuals have always and will always exist. The lie told during his last Press Conference was a whopper!!!

"VP Biden is preparing a list of sensible, common-sense steps that can be taken to make sure that the kinds of violence we saw at Newtown doesn’t happen again."

And the people swallow that? God help us. Evidently we want to be lied to. Folks wake up!

Nothing being presented by VP Biden can or will "make sure" that this doesn't happen again.
