Hard to say,since they grew up under a social and politican system where you could be put to death for being a homosexual it's highly unlikely they would have spoken out even if they were for it.

They sure did seem to go out of their way to state in the preamble that "All men are created equal" (in the eyes of the law) and didn't add any "..with the exceptions of blacks,Jews,homosexuals,Muslims,Buddists,etc,etc,etc",didn't they?

"All men are created equal" means that ALL American citizens have equal rights and equal protection by the law. Nothing more,and nothing less. It was so important to them that they put it BEFORE the 1st Amendment about Free Speech,since it is impossible to have any rights if you are not equal in the eyes of the law.

In fact,it is highly likely that 10 percent or so of them were homosexual or bi-sexual themselves. They just didn't brag about it to keep from being killed.
